At Bunion Pain Treatments, we want you to walk in total comfort; if your corrective footwear or orthotic inserts don't provide the relief you expected, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn footwear and any included accessories back into the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
